Alonza is the Co-Founder of Essayons Navigation Consulting Partners, LLC (ENCP, LLC). He is responsible for leading the team that provides research and analysis of government spending, market research, opportunity vetting, and business development best practices. He has merged his expertise of the military and business development to help small businesses thrive in the federal government arena. Emmanuel has extensive experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for a broad spectrum of industries.

With 20+ years of experience in private sector and procurement, Robein Lucas, Co-Founder of Essayons Navigation Consulting Partners, LLC (ENCP), has launched Washington Metro Area IT firms into the federal marketplace. Her sole focus is providing new digital solutions to the government space with specialties in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, audio and visual, and IT infrastructure.
